The X-Mod
This old school mod was made by Jands a few years ago. Complete with custom voices and the obligatory X-men vs. Brotherhood showdowns over a couple of missions; this is one mod you should check out to reignite your nostalgia. Unfortunately, it was never completed and I don’t have mission 5 and 6, but this should be more than enough to tickle your fancy. Hosted with permission.
Aliens vs. Predator
Another short and unfinished mod by Jands that he allowed FRP to host. This one only goes two missions in and I don’t recall if it ever got a widespread release, but it’s here now. Quick simple fun featuring alien creatures…what more could you ask for?
Hero City
Yet another older mod that was previously left without a host after the creators’ site went down. This one is quite a difficult mod to complete, but it’s pretty fun and the coding is awesome. You’re given a chance to create a 5k street level hero that can be upgraded as you compete each mission. The mod is unfinished, but 9 missions will give you quite a bit to play with. Similar to the others mods, this one is also hosted with permission. Created by Jands, Lude, and Arlecchino. All links come with an installer.
Spider-man and the Marvel Knights
Join Spider-man over a campaign of 18 levels in his quest to make the world a safer, happier, and well adjusted place. Along the way Spidey will head up and start the Marvel Knights a group of heroes who are pure of heart and bold in battle. Some of them might be not so pure of heart, but at least they are on the right side. These Marvel Knights will also be joined by two Marvel power houses: Dr. Strange and Hulk.
Another goody made by C4 and hosted with permission. It’s more or less a conversion mod, but fun none-the-less! Also, I urge you to give his FFVTTR mod, Reformed, a try! You just might enjoy the darker, more mature tone of the mod.
B**** Brigade
Yet another mod that had lost its home. Made by al_kemyst, the mod focuses on a bunch of women that make of the B. Brigade team–Bureau of Investigation for Tactical Covert Hazards–as they try to put a stop to a series of crimes in a gritty city. The mod hangs around the PG area and, though it sits on the unfinished mark, episode 1 comes with four completed missions that’ll take you a good while to finish. Like all the other mods, this is hosted with permission.
